Net Zero Build is a Proptech start-up and we are building an AI-powered B2B SaaS solution for environmental building certifications. Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated intern to assist the founding team in the development of Net Zero Build. In this role, you will assist with various projects across finance, HR, and sales, and will be deeply involved in strategic planning, decision-making, and client and partner meetings. Your mission will be to create, manage, and track projects that span all areas of our company.
This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the early stages of Net Zero Build. You will gain comprehensive experience in the entrepreneurial journey, including the technological aspects, as we lead a digital transformation in the real estate and construction industry.
Your responsibilities
Supporting Funding Rounds: Assist in coordinating and facilitating financing rounds, including investor outreach, pitch deck preparation, and financial analysis.
Requirement Gathering and Project Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and manage development tasks, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Insights into Product Development: Gain valuable insights into the product development lifecycle of software products, contributing ideas and perspectives to enhance our offerings.
Independent Task Execution: Take ownership of tasks and proactively identify areas for improvement and innovation within the organization.
Who you are
Student in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Interest in startup environments, venture capital, or consulting is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Proficiency in English; Swedish is a plus but not required.
Passionate about real estate and combating climate with technology as a tool.
Bonus:
Knowledge and/or genuine interest in SaaS and Environmental Certification Systems.

Analytical mindset, focused on problem-solving.
Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills (in Swedish and English).
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Passionate about real estate and combating climate with technology as a tool.
Bonus:
Knowledge and/or genuine interest in SaaS and Environmental Certification Systems.
